A lovely way to deal with tension in the forearm. Particularly useful if you've done lots of DIY the day before or if you are using the mouse or keyboard a lot.
Be cautious when using this one that there are no tear or inflammation of the tendons of the forearm as this stretch may make your symptoms worse.
