Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
A cancellation fee of half the appointment price will be charged if I receive less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up for your appointment.
To avoid this scenario as much as possible, an automated reminder email is programmed to be sent out to you (using the same address as the booking confirmation email) at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, with a link to cancel said appointment if you need to.
Please note:
Work clash isn’t accepted as a reason for late cancellation. A patient list cannot be run effectively if appointments change at short notice, so please make sure to be available for your scheduled appointment time.
A problem with transport links likewise isn’t accepted as a reason for late cancellation. Please make sure to check for transport connections before travelling, and to allow enough time for your journey.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if we can find a slot that works for both of us on the same day of the original appointment. So, if you realise that you will not be able to make it to the clinic for the agreed time, please do get in touch as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
