Upper Back Stretching Routine
A quick and easy, 5min routine, to do at any time of day, from your own desk.
Desk bound work can often lead to tension in the upper back. With this routine, you'll introduce movements in the spine and shoulders in all directions, and stretch all the muscles that can be tight.
This routine is wonderfully well complimented by the upper shoulder stretch and sphinx stretch
