A nice stretch to “lift“ the lower thoracic spine / mid back. Useful if you tend to slouch at your desk (it may be worth having your desk setup analysed by a professional if this is a recurring issue, or applying the pieces of advice given here) The stretch should be comfortable and never painful. Stop using this stretch if you experience any pain. To use at your own risk.
