Open your chest, lift your mid back and soften your ribs and thoracic spine all at once with this spinal twist.
The focus here is more on the mid and upper back, as opposed to the lower spinal twist that focuses more on the lower back and hips.
A lovely stretch to use at the end of a long day at the computer.
