FOREARM STRETCH
​
A lovely way to deal with tension in the forearm. Particularly useful if you've done lots of DIY or if you are using the mouse or keyboard a lot. Also a favourite amongst climbers. 
Be cautious when using this one that there are no tear or inflammation of the tendons of the forearm as this stretch may make your symptoms worse (especially in cases of tennis / golfer's elbow). The stretch should never be painful or make the symptoms worse. I cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained when using this stretch if I am not with you for supervision.
