THREAD THE NEEDLE
​

A simple yet effective exercise to improve spinal mobility in rotation and open the chest.
We all have different degrees of mobility and are all built slightly differently -- I myself am reasonably flexible, don't feel like you have to push it quite as far as I am.
The stretch should always feel pleasant and never forced. You'll get better results with more gentle reps than with a few ones that are too strong. You body will respond, as long as you give it time to adjust.
And of course, do get in touch if you would like to discuss more ways of opening the chest and improving spinal mobility.
