THREAD THE NEEDLE A simple yet effective exercise to improve spinal mobility in rotation and open the chest. We all have different degrees of mobility and are all built slightly differently -- I myself am reasonably flexible, don't feel like you have to push it quite as far as I am. The stretch should always feel pleasant and never forced. You'll get better results with more gentle reps than with a few ones that are too strong.
