GLUTE KICK BACK

A video on how to do the glute kick back. This variation also strengthens the lower back, helps with trunk coordination and therefore core strength, and allows the natural backward arch in the lower back to behave naturally. 
With a lifestyle becoming more and more sedentary, with the hip flexors shortened from sitting at a desk for long periods of time, it is often useful to strengthen these powerful muscles.
