FRIENDLY REMINDERS TO LOOK AFTER YOURSELF, WITH TIPS AND IDEAS HOW TO DO IT, STRAIGHT TO YOUR INBOX

A patient of mine once asked me if there were tips that I gave to most patients. The answer is yes. Yes there are. Bits and bobs that I tell 60 to 80% of my patients, time and time again. And I think everyone should have access to this information.

A lot of it is on this website, and you can brows it at your leisure. However, if you'd like a friendly reminder, every now and then, to look after yourself, straight to your mailbox, there is an easy way to do that, and it is by subscribing to my "health reminder" emails.


YOUR BODY IS WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE YOUR LIFE THROUGH, LOOK AFTER IT! 

I like to think of myself as a tool that you can use to do this. Your body being your most important “possession”, since it is what you experience life through. It needs to be healthy, because life without a body isn’t life. Osteopathy is your secret weapon. Your trump card. Your highway to enjoying life more. Your tool to allow you to have a healthy, comfortable body, that can allow you to live your life to the full.

I would love to be your reminder that your body is important. These emails are but one way I can do such a thing, by sharing exercise videos or ways to be healthier. You can see me as a little friend, in your pocket, that once a month buzzes up and reminds you that your body is important and needs looking after. In a world where everything is agitated, where it’s all about being in your head and being productive. Here’s a friendly reminder to take a break and look after yourself, with practical ways on how to do it.
