GLUTE BRIDGE

A video on how to do the glute bridge effectively and how to avoid common mistakes. Includes variations for extra levels of difficulty and how to focus on different muscle groups. A great way to strengthen the hip extensors, namely gluteus maximus, which itself contributes in the stability of the lower back.
With a lifestyle becoming more and more sedentary, with the hip flexors shortenned from sitting at a desk for long periods of time, it is often useful to strengthen these powerful muscles.
